Who we are
Godkey is an independent project made by Cedric (@cedric_coroir on X). These terms cover the Godkey app for macOS and this site, godkey.app.
Early access
Godkey is free during early access. Features can change, move or disappear between versions while the product takes shape.
Your account
You need an account to download Godkey; the app itself works without one. Sign in with your own address and keep your access to yourself. We may close an account used to harm the service or other people.
Your licence
You may install and use Godkey on the Macs you use, for yourself or your work. Do not resell, rent or redistribute the app or its downloads.
Godkey, its name and its logo stay ours.
No guarantees
Godkey moves and resizes the windows of your apps. During early access it is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost work or data.
Updates
The app checks for updates and offers versions signed by Godkey. An update can change the features described on this site.
Your data
Our privacy page explains what the app and this site collect, and why.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the last change; the version on this page applies from that date.
Law
These terms follow French law. They take away no right that the consumer law of your country gives you.
